A strange week this week 19-23 May, neither Northam or Lavington Halls are available. Northam classes will be at 1 Windmill Lane, the council chambers. Lavington classes will be in the park, a shorter class of 1 hour. Please bring a mat/towel.There will be classes on Bank Holiday Monday 26 May.
Welcome to my super simple, nothing fancy site with information of my ongoing weekly drop in classes, TRE offerings and my contact details if you have further questions.
Classes continue to be run on a drop in basis.
It’s helpful if you can arrive a little early for your first class so we have time to check in with what you are hoping to get from classes, discuss any injuries and limitations and for me to be able to make more informed recommendations about how you approach the class.
I have spare mats.
