Lock down has moved on a little but my website is still very simple and will probably remain so! There are other things to do.
NEW GENTLE MONDAY CLASS STARTING ON MONDAY 14th JUNE 11-12pm Lavington, Bideford. Some spaces still available.
In person yoga is back on!

Outdoor standing, whatever the weather yoga will now be on TUESDAYS 9.45-10.30am,
The outdoor class is great, in fresh air, no need to book, no cold feet as standing only and in shoes if you wish. A lovely healthy way to start the day. Wear hats and gloves if it’s cold! Free/donation(you choose)
